Youth co-operatives can manage Projovem credit line

Luanda – The Association of Young Angolan Entrepreneurs (AEA) has defended that the best way to manage the Projovem Credit Lin, which has been created recently by the Central Executive, is to finance youth co-operatives made up of management organs that can bring about good results.

On an interview to ANGOP, AEA’s chairman, Jorge Andrade Baptista, defended that the four billion kwanzas available in the referred credit line is insufficient to respond to the national demand.

Jorge Baptista is of the opinion that the money made available for entrepreneurs is welcome, however he reminded that all funds allocated to support the economy has to be satisfactory.

When asked about what he expected from that governmental programme, Jorge Baptista said he was not waiting for miracles, having into account the fact that in the present world and in modern economies management defines whether the project is good or not.

We’ll be waiting for the results, but I hope that whoever manages it (the Projovem project) can show the credibility that we are all waiting for, said the source.
