The information was released on Thursday in Luanda by incumbent minister, Rui Mangueira, at the opening of the National Forum on Justice Services.

The minister deplored that the demand for such services is creating “illegal professions” everyday, which makes people’s access to them very difficult.

According to Rui Mangueira, the combat against this illegal practices counts on support of the police organs and the citizens who are required to denounce through the Call Centre or reaching the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

“Our aim is to permanently improve a system that ensures the access to security and a legal certainty within reasonable timing, with a professional service,” said the official.

The minister also spoke of the need for harmonisation of the services and a code of ethical conduct for the Justice workers towards a change of mentality.
