Huambo: Caala gains first university institution

Caala – The municipality of Caala, central Huambo province, will gain this year the first university institution, which is a private initiative, and has already enrolled 130 students in various courses.

It is the Tchissuka Polytechnic Higher Education Institute, with 16 classrooms, which will teach undergraduate courses in the fields of Bio-medicine, Nursing, Deontology, Stomatology, Architecture, Computing, Electronics, Electrotechnology, History, Law and Education Sciences.

Speaking to Angop on Thursday, the head of the institution, Helder Tchipindo, confirmed that the necessary conditions are created for the start of classes next week.

He informed that the institution, duly legalized, has 67 teachers, who are being prepared in Pedagogy and Teaching Methodology, to better carry out their activity.
