General advertising law goes to plenary January 31

Luanda – The leaders of the parliamentary groups on Wednesday approved the holding on January 31 of the 3rd ordinary plenary meeting of the 5th Legislative session of the III Legislature of the National Assembly, for the final global voting on the General Advertisement Law and the Law on Amendment to Law of the Advocacy.

The meeting was chaired by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos.

The spokesperson, Raul Lima said that there will also be submitted the draft resolution for ratification by the Chairperson of the African Maritime Transport Charter and the draft resolution approving the Ombudsman’s report for 2015.

According to the second secretary of the National Assembly’s Bureau, the agenda also includes draft resolutions that approve the replacement and correction of names of members of national, provincial and municipal electoral commissions.

Internal issues such as those related to the budget of the National Assembly should be analyzed at the plenary on January 31, 2017, he said.
