Cuando Cubango: SME wants to redouble illegal immigration monitoring

Menongue – The superintendent of the Migration and Foreigner Service (SME) in the southern Cuando Cubango province, Domingos Paulino, urged the religious entities and chieftains to redouble the surveillance against illegal immigration in that region.

The high-ranking officer said so when addressing a lecture on “the Community migration”, under the 41st founding anniversary of SME, to be marked on April 19.

He urged churches to be alert and know about the origin of their members, since many of them are not identified and there is a huge possibility of some being illegal immigrants.
