Bengo: Second Police commander calls for intensification of inspection actions

Caxito – The second commander-general of the National Police chief commissioner, Salvador Rodrigues, on Thursday in Caxito, province of Bengo, appealed to the Fiscal Police to assist the General Tax Administration in intensifying enforcement actions on external supervision.

The chief commissioner made this appeal at the opening session of the XXI meeting of the Broad Consultative Council of the Fiscal Police, which takes place in the city of Caxito, explaining that such actions inhibit importers and other economic agents from evading compliance with obligations under the existing legislation, with a view to increasing harmonious revenue collection.

Salvador Rodrigues praised the effort of the National Police Command, which despite the difficulties, promoted several technical and professional training of its staff, providing them with knowledge that allowed the coverage in the tax zones, thus guaranteeing the maintenance of the levels of response and capacity in combating tax and other offenses.
