Angola: New factory budgeted at more than USD 50 million

Luanda – More than USD 50 million is the amount invested to complete the first phase of the Tigra brewery, located in the Kikuxi industrial complex.

The information was released on Wednesday in Luanda at the inauguration ceremony by CEO of Refriango’s Board of Directors, EstevAPound o Daniel, stressing that this investment will allow replacing imports of about 60 million liters per year and created more than 150 jobs.

With this initiative, Refriango believes that the best way to overcome the crisis is to invest, develop, create jobs and reduce external dependence.

EstevAPound o Daniel hopes that this project will help attract other new projects in adjacent areas, such as packaging, raw materials and technical services.

According to him, the beer market is strategic for Refriango, as it represents a great opportunity for growth.

With this investment, he stressed, the company will continue to grow and bring the best quality and the best products to consumers.

He announced that by the end of the year the company will expand the plant, with the tripling of beer production capacity, in an additional investment of around USD 32 million, to allow 50 more jobs to be created, so that Tigra reaches its top potential.
