Angola: INADEC to release companies with bad services provision ranking

Luanda – The companies and institutions that provide bad services to citizens will be announced from this year by the National Institute of Consumer Protection (INADEC), ANGOP learnt on Thursday from the manager of the Department of Training, Publications and Press of that public entity, Joana Tomas.

With this initiative, the institute intends to influence commercial societies and public institutions to provide better services to citizens.

The official said so under the celebrations of the International Consumer Rights Day that was marked on Wednesday March 16.

Inadec is a public institute designed to promote policies concerning safeguarding consumer rights.
