Dozens of people have found refuge in the classrooms of the Hèrèdougou school, after the heavy rains of the last 72 hours, the AIB noted yesterday Wednesday morning.
Several dozen people were affected in the village of Hèrèdougou following the heavy rains that fell during the night of August 20 to 21, 2024. Since the morning of Wednesday, several homes and shops have collapsed under the weight of the water. Throughout the village, the material damage is enormous. Several people fled their homes to take refuge at the school, taking with them food, poultry and livestock.
